Our Mission

The mission of the XFEL Network of Centers of Excellence.

The Network of Excellence XFEL Centers (CD XFEL) was established to provide substantive and organizational support to the Polish scientific community in utilizing the European XFEL as a priority research instrument essential for innovative scientific research. The network consists of unique research laboratories operating in four scientific institutions: the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw (“IF PAN”), the University of Warsaw (“UW”) , Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (“UAM”), and the National Centre for Nuclear Research (“NCBJ”).

As part of supporting Polish scientists in utilizing EuXFEL, we are conducting the following activities:
